Fluency provides in-app and email notifications to keep you informed about key events across documentation and team requests.

Notification categories:

Resource Requests

• Assignment: When a request is assigned to you

• Updates: Status changes or comments

• Overdue Alerts: When a request is overdue

• Cancellations: If a request is cancelled

• Completion: When a request is marked complete

Document Management

• Document Creation Complete: When a document is generated

• Process Owner Assignment: When you're assigned as a process owner

• Process Owner Removal: When you're removed as a process owner

Document Export

• PDF Export Complete

• Word Export Complete
