Fluency offers flexible tools to refine screenshots during document editing—ensuring clarity, relevance, and compliance.
Cropping screenshots
You can crop screenshots in three ways:
Quick Crop: In standard document view, click an image to instantly crop around the clicked area.
Advanced Crop: Use the Edit Image modal for precise, manual cropping.
Bulk Crop: Click Bulk Crop at the top of the document in edit mode. This automatically crops all screenshots, keeping click locations visible—ideal for large monitor recordings that appear scaled out.
Annotating screenshots
Annotations visually highlight mouse activity and key interactions.
Default: A red circle shows where the mouse was during recording.
Tools: Add or adjust circles, rectangles, arrows, and lines.
Colours: Change colours individually or update all annotations at once via bulk settings.
Toggling: Turn annotations off per image or disable all via Bulk Actions at the top of the document.
Other editing tools
Replace Image: Swap out an image for any step directly.
