1. Make sure you are inside a process document

Click into the relevant process guide

2. Enter Editing Mode

Click on the edit icon to enter editing mode within the process doc.

3. Click Upload Video Icon

Scroll down the step after which you want to upload your video within your guide and click the icon

4. Choose how to ingest video

Choose whether you want the video to be converted into steps between existing ones or to overwrite the following steps from this point onwards (say, if the process has completely changed).

5. Upload the relevant video

Once that is chosen, upload the relevant video from your files and click upload.

Your video will then convert into steps and be placed appropriately within the Fluency guide.
